Patricia became a Certified Kitchen Designer in 2001 and a Certified Bath Designer in 2008, having met the qualifications set by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) in terms of education, experience and examination. One of the requirements of being a Certified Kitchen or Bath Designer is continuing education, and the firm is committed to being up to date and informed on all aspects of kitchen and bathroom design, technology and products. Patricia recently completed the training required to become CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) certified.
Prior to becoming involved in the Kitchen and Bath business in Boise, Idaho, Patricia’s previous experience was in commercial interiors and hotel design and project management in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and North America. Working on commercial kitchens and Five-Star hotel suites has enriched Patricia’s residential kitchen and bathroom designs.
